A modern nurse scheduling system requires a mobile and user-friendly interface. Prior to joining, the exisiting ShiftWizard product had a broken login and menu system and hospitals were using productivity and reporting tools in different ways.
Strategic Solutions
- Implemented Admin Dashboard, Onboarding, and FTU views with cross-platform functionality and accessibility features to improve productivity
Leadership & Contributions
- Produced Learning Management System (LMS) and media-rich creative assets including interactive video and course content
- Promoted to lead design of mobile and desktop application that contributed to an Industry-awarded 97% customer retention rate and a $32M acquisition by HealthStream (NSDQ: $HSTM)
